Miley Comes to Lorde’s Defense
I told you on Friday that Lorde took the top spot on iTunes in the US, thus kicking Miley off the throne. Apparently Miley’s fans weren’t happy and threatened to stab Lorde’s rotting corpse. (Haha, wtf?!) So Miley wrote to Lorde on twitter: “why r people so mean??? Ps your music is awesome.” That’s very nice of her!
Meanwhile… Liam Makes Out with New GF
Less than a week after confirming their separation, Liam was caught making out with his new girlfriend. Classy! However, some pictures have surfaced of Miley grinding on (her alleged boyfriend/hookup) producer Mike Will Made It. Well then, there ya go.
Chris Brown Disses Jay Z
So he was talking to Jet magazine and said that he’s tired of only being recognized for beating Rihanna, and not for his musical talent (I’ll be the first person to say that he is indeed musically talented). In explaining his unhappiness, he said Jay Z is “accepted by White America because he shakes hands and kisses babies. No disrespect, because I’m a fan, but nobody brings up the fact that he stabbed somebody and sold drugs. He gets a pass.” Woah. OK so some back story on that: while Jay did indeed plead guilty to stabbing his producer for leaking tracks back in 2001, he had simultaneously maintained his innocence. Annnnd, both he and the producer have also alluded to the fact that it might’ve been a publicity stunt. Hmm! Regardless… Chris Brown, you might want to stop throwing chairs and such post-Rihanna. It might help.
Tina and Amy Might Host Golden Globes
Tina confirmed to E! News yesterday that she and Amy have indeed been approached by the Golden Globes to host again, though they hadn’t talked about it yet and were planning on doing so after the Emmy’s. Hmm! YES PLEASE!
Oprah’s Breakdown
WTF? She was talking to Access Hollywood and said that she basically suffered a breakdown because of her OWN network. She said “I wasn’t ready to go run naked in the streets… but I had reached a point where I just couldn’t take in any more stimulation.” Basically she was on overload. Love me some O! Glad she’s better.

His tour with Miguel is supposed to kick off this week, but it’s been postponed three weeks due to an “intense rehearsal schedule and technical production requirements.” Hmm!

Well, her childhood home on Long Island is. Dina’s been missing some payments. Maybe it’s time for her to get a real job, and not the kind that involves you going head-to-head with your ex husband on TV whilst refusing to take a drug test. Just sayin’.
